Dale Hanover
Dale Hanover is a wrestling official, educator, and mentor with more than 30 years in education, 15 years of coaching, and 15 years of officiating experience. As a high school and collegiate official, he is passionate about developing the next generation of officials through education, mentorship, and continuous improvement. Through the Full Circle Wrestling Officials Academy, Dale helps officials build confidence, improve performance, and advance their officiating careers while raising the standard of the profession.
