Founder
Dale Hanover
Dale Hanover is a veteran educator, coach, and wrestling official with more than 30 years of experience teaching and mentoring students and athletes. Dale has officiated at the highest levels of the sport, including the California State Championships and numerous collegiate competitions.
Throughout his career, Dale has developed a passion not only for officiating but for helping others grow in the profession. He recognized a need for accessible, high-quality training that could help officials build confidence, improve performance, and advance their careers.
